Wendy's is hiring for Closing Manager
The Closing Manager is responsible for overseeing the closing operations of the restaurant, ensuring that the highest levels of customer service, food quality, and restaurant cleanliness are maintained. This role requires a dedicated and energetic individual who can manage evening shifts, motivate team members, and ensure that all closing procedures are followed correctly.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Ensure that every customer receives exceptional service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure that all customer interactions reflect Wendy’s values and standards.
Team Management:
- Supervise and motivate team members during evening shifts.
- Provide training and support to new team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure that all team members follow company policies and procedures.
Operational Duties:
- Oversee the preparation and serving of food to ensure quality and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure that all closing procedures are followed, including cleaning, sanitizing, and securing the restaurant.
- Perform cash handling and ensure accurate end-of-day reports.
Safety and Cleanliness:
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and report any issues to the General Manager.
- Implement and enforce all safety and health regulations.
Administrative Duties:
- Complete daily paperwork and submit reports as required.
- Assist in scheduling staff and ensuring adequate coverage for evening shifts.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
