Job Summary:

Inventory Control Associate at Hobby Lobby are responsible for managing stock and merchandise outside of the store's regular hours of operation. This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy working in positions with limited customer interaction and during quieter times.

Responsibilities:

Accurately unload, sort, and receive products during shipment deliveries in a timely manner.
Maintain shelf organization by restocking items in alignment with the store's layout and safety guidelines.
Administer inventory checks and uphold quality standards to comply with auditing protocols.
Maintain the cleanliness and arrangement of aisles, end caps, and displays to enhance the overall store presentation.
Aid in the process of implementing store layout changes, which involve rearranging shelves and setting up display units.
Ensure that management is informed of any discrepancies, damages, or issues identified with the merchandise.

Qualifications:

While having previous stocking experience is advantageous, it is not a compulsory qualification.
Showing remarkable physical durability to bear heavy loads and stay on one's feet for extended periods of time.
Ability to work on tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Focus on specifics and adept problem-solving abilities.
Reliability and punctuality.
A high school diploma, or a similar credential, is a baseline requirement.
